Sažetak
The basic aspect that define the goals of every project with respect to construction waste are socia, ecological, technological and ecconomics effects. In the economic and/or financial point of view, thw easiest valuatoin is the recycling tehnology of construction waste. However, problems arise in this area, especially in countries in transition. The lack of experience in these countries is taken advantage of by the suppliers of the recycling plants. In many cases they give offers of contracts that result in grave problems once they are selected. As proof of this, the paper gives an example of this type of case, as well as a solution to the problem. An analysis of an offered recycling system for construction waste in a large hypothetical urban setting is studied.
