Sažetak
In cases of major traffic or other security incidents it is very important to manage events dynamically in real time for a primary reason - in order to reduce death causalities. Unique name for this system is a Incident management System. Such crises management, location specific, with adaptive characteristics, requires implementation of modern mobile telecom technologies such as Cell Broadcast system messaging. A technological overview of the system along with its applications and experience in real-life environment is given in the paper.
