Sažetak
The paper looks at the possibility of using a modern management model for underground city infrastructure. Trenchless technology methods of construction, repair and rehabilitation of underground pipes are relatively new, and innovations in materials, methods and equipment are constantly being made in this area of civil engineering.
The autors present the management model that enables the early detection of problems in a pipe system and in doing so allows the rational construction technology to be used to correct the problems.
