Sažetak
The quality of CNC machine tool is shown trough the dimensional accuracy and fineness of the parts produced by that machine. The most important factor on which the quality of machined components depends is machine accuracy. On a typical machine tooling, there are various types of geometric errors arising from factory defects, scuffing of the machine, the static deflection of machine components, etc. In this paper the Renishaw Ballbar QC10 Ballbar system is used in order tofind and control errors ad their origins. Investigation was conducted on a CNC vertical milling center Schmid VMC800 with Siemens 810D control unit.
