Sažetak
The policy of integration of the republik of Croatia into the western European structuerrequires the adaption of the pilot training system in conformative with the regulations in force in the European Union. For this reason, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, transportation and Communications has issued an instruction that they are to adapt their operations to the requirements of the JAR - Flight Crew Licencing (FCL). The article deals with the functioning of the system today, the required changes necessary to be perfomed and the system architecture after the full adaption to the set requirements.
