Sažetak
Human Being is observed in his three basic dimensions: biological, psychological and social. In what proportion people’s physical and mental health depend on influence of urban environment is not completely scientifically explained. In order to give contribution in this field Civil Engineering Faculty University of Josip Juraj Strossmayer and Osijek Clinical Hospital have started with internal scientific project “Influence of urban environment and buildings structures on people’s mental health”. The general aim of this study is to find out functional connections between people’s mental health from Slavonia and Baranya and environment where they live. Cognition’s about causative connection between certain urban living conditions and buildings structure can be crucial for possibility of environment programming in sense of healthier living.
