Sažetak
Information has become the world's new currency. Databases are the digital banks that store and retrieve valuable information. The database documentation format conforms to the ELCD standards and all documentation is now based on standards defined for the European LCI database. Training of personnel handling explosive materials, as a very specific area requiring high level of safety measures needs to be standardized at the EU level. Particular attention should be paid to maintaining records on the level of competencies in the EU candidate countries, which would later on enable more effective knowledge transfer, as one of the EU priorities.
