Sažetak
The strategy of diversification is a usual research topic in the world, but the research of the frequency of use and reasons for applying this strategy in Croatia is very limited. This paper is focused on the analysis of the diversification strategy through macro level factors, especially the industry as the determinant of applying the diversification strategy in large Croatian companies. The main objective of the research is to determine whether large Croatian companies apply related or unrelated diversification, depending on the industry.
