Sažetak
Present methods for measuring power MOSFET virtual junction temperature do not alow temperature to be measured while its operates within a certain circuit. A method is presented which permits the measurement of power MOSFETs temperature inside the chopper. It is an electrical method which takes the on-state voltage of a power MOSFETs integrated reverse diode as a temperature-dependent parameter. The concept of this method was tested by simulating it on a Micro-Cap II program. Measuring equipment is bein developed and promising results have been obtained.
