Sažetak
Summary: Practical problems in process construction are comprised of methodology diversities, discovering of purpose of its own existence, confusion of team work, disorientation of teams in applying of methodology, lack of team’s self-reliance and providing of communication in the process. “Freezing” of the current situation, equalling of roles and undefined organisation are traps on the way towards constant improvement and complete adoption of process approach. Expectations and copying of somebody else’s complete solutions are also leading us to errors. Problems, traps and disbelief are aggravating circumstances which disturb daily efforts of many companies’ teams which have chosen quality system complying to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 norms as their commitment. At the same time, it must not be the reason of quitting. The very perception of the problems, traps and disbelief is a significant step towards their neutralisation. We are apt to conclude that our own experience in overcoming these aggravating circumstances is the best solution for each company, which does not mean ignoring of somebody else’s experience knowledge. By exchange of practical knowledge, by unprejudiced perception of our own imperfections and by permanent learning we are making the essential knowledge about processes and methodologies of business process construction in the quality system. Thus, we construct new system of values, i.e. we create permanent values.
