Sažetak
The experimental sample of 50 entities, of an average age over 79 years, was divided into two groups which were subjected to different treatments (control group - 25 entities - without treatment and experimental group - 25 entities - programmed kinesiological activities). All entities were measured by means of four motoric variables (2 flexibility, 2 velocities of simple movements) in the initial an final situation, as quantitative changes in these motoric abilities. The aim of this research was to establish the influance of a quarterly recreational treatment onto quantitative changes of some manifested motoric dimensions at elderly. Under the influence of the recreational-kinesiological treatment, a noticeable regressive trend was noticed in the experimental to the relation onto the countrol group, and it statistically showed a significant difference between the groups.
