Sažetak
The effect of low concentrations of chrome upon the Hydra vulgaris Pallas species were investigated.It was established that chrome in mentioned concentrations caused severe morphological, cytological and histological changes, even though the regeneration processes were not considerably damaged.The hydras were treated for 6 hours with 0.3g/L, and for 24 hours with 0.03g/L.Regarding of water solution of potassium bichromate the hydra were budding more intensively than the control ones.
