Sažetak
In the laboratory conditions Hydra oligactis Pallas individuals were exposed to sublethal concentrations of three pesticides: Dimiline WP 25 (diflubenzurone), Torak EC 24 (dialifos) and Gamacide 20 (hexachlorcyclohexane). The results showed that all pesticides applied caused changes in cyto-histological constitution, affected asexual reproduction and caused deformities in treated animals. The greatest mortality and the most prominent changes and deformities on hydra"s body were caused by Gamacide 20, while the least changes were caused by Dimiline WP 25 pesticide. The intensity of the asexual reproduction after the treatments was different. Hydras treated with Dimiline WP 25 budded intensively than control ones. Similar was observed for those treated with a weaker solution of Torak EC 24 and Gamacide 20, while hydras treated with stronger solutions of these two insecticides budded fewer than control ones.
