Sažetak
The purpose of this paper is to show the consistency between ISO 9001:2008, ISO 9004:2009 and EFQM excellence model viewed from the point of Croatian companies. Paper conclusions are based on two researches - the first one defines Level of business excellence in Croatian companies and the secondteh use of Fact based Management in strategy development. ISO 9004:2009 presents a useful tool for self-assessment and sustainable sucess of the organisation. It also presents a strong base for implementing EFQM business Excellence model in organisation. The researches were conducted in the context of development of the principles of the quality management system and enabling sustained sucess of the organisation. The paper concludes with an overview of the model which is using the e-learning framework for improving organisation education on self-assessmet and potential development of the public administration of the countries in the West Balkans region based on the same principle.
