Sažetak
Fullerenes are 3-valent plane graphs with faces being 5- and 6-gons. Their possible symmetry groups are well known and for each such group we propose a parameterization by complex parameters. Such parameterization are not unique and a groups, named monodromy group act on them. The set of possible parameters forms a complex Lorentzian cone on which the group acts. The quotient is always of finite volume but not always compact. We then consider the consequences for the spectrum and the zigzag structure of fullerenes.
