Sažetak
Modern research on the organization culture focuses on the analysis of business philosophy, set of norms, values, customs, rituals, fundamental assumptions, material artefacts, patterns of activity, and on the adoption and application of modern technology within the organization commonly shared by all its members. The behaviour of individuals within the work environment is directed toward producing and adopting new concept and ideas. A supportive environment is of great importance. At the same time, the modalities of the use of ICT illustrate the attitudes and behaviours of employees and vice versa, which affects the process of acquiring new knowledge and concepts within the workplace (Harper et al., 2001 ; Livari & Huisman, 2007). All this directly affects the change, outdated work patterns, the existing organizational structure, working hours, forms of employment and efficiency itself. Positive aspects of the relationship of ICT and organizational culture are reflected in the improvement of quality, higher productivity, job satisfaction, new forms of work and more efficient organizational structure, while the negative aspects of relationships are found within a specified routine and repetitive work patterns.
