Sažetak
The aim of this study was to establish whether playing characteristics of three player types are seen in the structure of selected variables of their playing efficiency in defence. Guards recorded the greatest number of steals ; but the differences among the player types in other variables were not significant. In most of the variables the results of forward were somewhere in between the other two player types.
