Sažetak
The paper summarizes the progress of Croatian transition in the key areas (in particular those where the problems persisted throughout the 1990s) and identifies needed policy changes. The authors also evaluate feasibility and identify conditions for achieving long-term growth and prosperity of Croatia in the context of the Stability Pact implementation in the broader region of SEE.
