Sažetak
Termination of military activity in a combat area does not mean that simultaneously it is completely ceased a danger to society (human life / health) and environment. Unfortunately, there are remaining a large number of risks and threats. A very distinctive example is the mined area. The use of mines near the plant for oil and gas production is a huge challenge with unpredictable and unforeseen consequences. Potential damages and losses as a result of the destruction of production facilities and pipeline caused by mine explosion could be enormous. This paper discusses the Warfare Ecology Policy Implications for Peace and Security during Oil and Gas Production from a Territory Spoiled by Blasting Mines in Croatia in the areas of combat operations during the Homeland war.
