Sažetak
NetPhone service packages is a relatively new service where the service operator allows a user to use maximum of 8 phones per ADSL line. It is assigned primarily to small and medium business customers where is by using advanced technology IP Centrex to users enabled functionality of a small private automatic branch exchange. This work deals with the issue of interferences and problems that occur during the delivery of a mentioned service. There is an overview of the problems which may appear in a different segments of the network, at user, on the infrastructure and ultimately on the same network. Although most of these problems are successfuly declined but some of them still represents a specific unknown i a shape of the cause. This work has a concept of a view of specific problems which operator of the service NetPhone packages has, it enters in the basic of reasearching and gives some answers and solutions.
