Sažetak
Quality and knowledge are often quoted as sources of competitive advantages and therefore serve the same goal and are often simultaneously used. If we consider the fact that quality management is based on a series of tools and systematic approaches to problem solving which causes continuous improvement and constant learning, than its connection with knowledge management is obvious. The fundamental objectives of knowledge management and quality are the same ; create more organizational knowledge so that improvement can occur. The paper starts with a brief theoretical background on quality and knowledge management and the main part analyzes the influence of quality management systems (QMS) on certain knowledge management aspects such as: knowledge management (KM), knowledge creation (KC), knowledge assurance (KA) and knowledge dissemination (KD).
