Tokom predavanja prezentirani su odgovori na slijedeća već unaprijed postavljena pitanja: - Does the government expect/require the institute to earn revenue from outside organisations? - What % of outside revenue can be retained for use within the organisation? - Does government regulation or policy permit the institute to undertake work for revenue for the private sector? - Can the institute participate in Joint Ventures with the private sector? - Is there a policy on Intellectual Property Rights? - Is there a strategy in place to increase the amount of revenue obtained through Products and Services? If, so, what is its main thrust? - What is the availability of business skills such as commercial project management, marketing, business planning? - Does the Institute have a specialised business/marketing/commercial section? If so, to whom does it report, and how does it interface with the scientific/technical sections? - Please list (no detail) recent examples of major Products or Services supplied to the public or private sector, including the organisation supplied and the revenue obtained if possible. - What are perceived as the major barriers to increasing revenues from Products and Services? - Does the Institute have partnerships with other RDIs? - Please indicate the number of articles/citations in the last 5 years. Na osnovu iskustva Instituta Ruđer Bošković, prezentirani su mogući problemi koji se mogu javiti kod pokušaja komercijalizacije rezultata znanstvenog rada.
