Sažetak
The study, the results of whuch are contained in this paper, has confirmed the hypothesis stating that Croatian tourism offering can be adjusted to globalisation process by raising its general level of quality and enriching it with a specific personalised offering. In the case of the the hospitality offering, the subhypothesis was confirmed, which states that ba increasing the quality of the hospitality offering is possible to influence the increase of the quality of an integradted Croatian tourist product and enhance tourist satisfaction
