Sažetak
The aim of this paper is to determine the transformations of anthropological characteristics of pupils after undergoing a kinesiological treatment. Elementary pupils in grades 5 and 6 participated in the research. Experimental group consisted of the pupils who, in addition to regular classes of physical education two times a week, also actively participated in football section at School Sports Association. The pupils exercised according to a specially programmed training process that lasted ten weeks. The other, control group, was comprised of pupils who only regularly attended physical education classes two times a week. The results of the research show that the pupils in experimental group developed statistically significant differences in their motor abilities. Control group pupils do not show statistically significant differences in their motor abilities. This research shows that the increase in physical exercise of 45 minutes twice a week in extracurricular activities significantly contributes to the development of anthropological characteristics in elementary school pupils.
