Sažetak
Quality educational process or the teaching process is the foundation for the successful implementation of physical education in primary education. The fact that kinesiological science has access to an increasing amount of knowledge about the quality or better quality of implementing individualization in teaching physical education in primary education is still not a sufficient guarantee for the exploitation of such knowledge in practice. On the contrary, only by ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge outlined in the organization and implementation of the educational process, quality in teaching physical education cannot only be expected, but also achieved. The author therefore only indicate the major kinesiological and methodological aspects related to quality and efficient implementation of individualized work in teaching physical education in primary education, as well as the necessary hierarchical sequence of methodological operations which teachers and kinesiologists should be concerned with when preparing, organizing and realizing the educational process, of course, with maximum respect for the comparative advantages of individualized work in teaching physical education in primary education.
