Sažetak
New venture creation is one of the most important features of the entrepreneurship. Particular interest has been placed to the identification of characteristics, conditions and factors that foster new venture creation or high growth rates of the established businesses. One of the initiatives was the establishment of business incubators - organizations that provide wide assortment of the assistance services to the start-up companies. In this benchmarking report, our goal is to provide a foundation from which learning, developing programs, governance and control ; management and leadership, client tracking, impact assessment can be enhanced.
