Sažetak
Applying Web 2.0 tools in education is necessary for a variety of reasons. Web 2.0 tools allow the incorporation of the mechanism of removal of unnecessary knowledge, linking formal and informal education, a shift from a model that is oriented towards the transfer of knowledge of teachers according to a model that allows the student to acquire their own knowledge, and a shift from a model that is directed towards content that is taught by a model that is directed towards how something can be learned. Accordingly, examples of using Web 2.0 tools in a real educational environment in the course of technical professions and its possible applications for lifelong education will be shown in the paper.
