Sažetak
Due to progressive and sudden turning disturbances caused by tool demage, tool condition has to be on line monitored. The most frequent systems for indirect tool wear monitoring are based on cutting forces (deformation, torque, power) measurements. But, non of them gives simplified definition of the wear as well as the correlation with the forces components. The main goal is fast cognition of the relative increase of the each force components as a consequence of the disturbances and fast reaction skiping the determination of correlation between tool wear and cutting forces.
