Sažetak
The plant maintenance requests intensify in modern industrial production as more and more sophisticated production systems have been applied to increase productivity and process automation level. The aim of this work is to elaborate the maintenance based model of reliability increase in the process flow of polyvinyl chloride bands calandering, that will improve the production process managment. Theoretical and practical knowledge of the process flow and its stability in the industry have been analysed through the process and equipment correlation. Theoretical reliability analysis and maintenance activities scheduling have been adjusted according to the experience and maintenance effects on the production.
