Sažetak
This paper presents the basic requests of the Bologna Process, considering quality of higher education in few different aspects, that are set up before all higher education institutions in signatory countries of Bologna Declaration. Šibenik College´s adjustment process to those requests is also described, together with description of new teaching materials and equipment that ensures realization of the teaching process accordance with mutually shared criteria and methodologies on quality assurance. Special accent is layed on implemetation of mutual ECTS system of assessment which allowes flexibility and mobility during studing process. Paper contains explanation of ECTS calculation for given subject with specific example. This paper`s objective is interpretation of the mutuall higher education quality system implementation process, as the focal point in the process of European Higher Education Area development. Paper is written using inductive method in presentation of this problem area, from definition of the Bologna Declaration, through development of the European Higher Education Area concept up to the interpretation of concrete example of higher education institution´s adjustment to quality requests.
