Sažetak
In this paper the technical issue of concerning such technological ship structure which would eliminate disadvangateg oft he UNIDIRECTIONAL – GIRDER structure has been given. Afther the analysis the characteristic detail oft he new KB2M ship structure is given, which, besides being as technologically high advanced as the UNIDIRECTIONAL structure, preserves all good features of the classical structure (favorable weights and grillage effect). Further analysis includes the short local strenght and weight analysis.
