Sažetak
This paper deals with expert system model for pressure vessel control in service and repair welding. Expert system describes activities necessary for inspection of pressure vessels in exploatation and some other important activities such as for connection to databases of faulures of welded constructions, implementation of software for calculation of welding parameters, distribution of temperature field at welding, registration and data processing of welding parameters. The procedure for repair welding is also described. Paper presents deductive approach of cause analyses for crack (failure) detected in exploatation. Weld starts and weld ends are of special interest. Thay can not be avoided at repair welding and they could weak welded join at welded construction.
