Sažetak
The Zagreb County, together with the Town Zagreb, is the region having economical and other potentials that require traveling for various purposes, such as work, education, recreation etc. These travels generate large traffic volume which is typically daily return travel, wherein travels to and from work represent dominating share. The current organisation of public passenger transport, intended to meet the needs of population in the region, reveals every day more and more shortcomings, both in organisation and in quality of services provided. It poses the objective need for analysis of the current transport organisation which would be the basis for improvement in organisation of public passenger transport in the region.
