Sažetak
One of the state-of-the-art computer assisted data collection techniques is CATI. This paper analyzes instances of CATI data collection and their effects on tghe responedent, the interviewer, data quality and cost efficiency. A taxonomy of different forms of data collection is given, as well as a description of basic features of the analyzed data collection techniques. The current capabilites of data collection using CATI technique in Croatia and torusim are presented.
