Sažetak
This paper analyzes the sound aids for left hand, systems for converting text to speech system that relies on a computer mind and mobility aids, and multimedia communications to improve the quality of life for blind people. Personal multimedia radio communications are becoming increasingly important aspect of multimedia in general, as well as solutions for the blind.
