Sažetak
Reflectivity measurements were used to investigate the infrared (IR) active phonon modes of γ1 phase of (GaxIn1−x)2Se3 solid solution for 0.10 ≤ x ≤ 0.40 in the wave number range 100 to 400 cm−1. Due to the defect structure of the investigated compound, dependance of IR active modes on concentration is more complex than in the solutions with cubic structure and it can not be easily explained with existing models. However, we found some agreement with the analog modes of other structural phases of the same compound. It results from the short range structure similarity, i.e. tetrahedral bonding common for all phases of (GaxIn1−x)2Se3 compound.
