Public library of Koprivnica is the first public library in Croatia which has developed and delivered a service for the blind and partially sighted as is an innovative approach to social inclusion and enpowerment of a marginalized group in the local community. The aim has been to facilitate an easier access to library resources for the blind and visually impaired and to enable them better quality of life in society in general.
