Sažetak
This paper presents an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Solution called Gold-Net developed and implemented by Euronet-Arksys Inc . The EFT industry has seen tremendous growth over the past few years and industry experts are predicting that growth will continue, even faster. While ATM (Automated Teller Machine) transaction volume is steadily increasing, POS (Point of Sale) transaction volume is seeing phenomenal expansion as consumer, financial institutions and merchants are becoming more comfortable with the technology. Gold-Net is becoming only EFT network solution that utilizes the power, reliability and affordability of the IBM AS/400 platform, one of the most widely used platforms in the banking industry.
