Sažetak
Several synthetic routes to cationic isothiocyanato di- and tetraphenyl porphyrins are presented. These poprhyrins were successfully conjugated to monoclonal antibodies for use in PDT. The binding properties of resulting bioconjugates are described as well as their activity in vitro against cancer cell lines.
