Sažetak
This paper elaborates the development of a new higher educational model. In that model, the focus shifts from knowledge, skills and abilities to the way of acquiring knowledge, skills and abilities. There are three key differences between the existing system and the proposed new model: the new model has a built-in mechanism for unnecessary knowledge removal ; unlike the present system, which is focused on the transfer of teachers’ knowledge, the new model is aimed at students gaining their own knowledge ; the present system is aimed at the learning content, while the new model is focused on the learning method.
