Sažetak
Interface agents are software products that employ Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques in order to provide assistance to a user dealing with daily computer-based tasks or particular computer application. Agents radically change the current user experience and enable a new style of human-computer interaction where computer becomes an intelligent, active and personalised collaborator like someone's personal assistant. The agent acquires its competence by learning from the user as well as from agents assisting other users. Three known approaches for building and knowledge acquisition of interface agents will be discuss and modelled using Ramhaugh OMT modelling concepts.
