Sažetak
The concept of service marketing has to be incorporated into the tourism sector so that companies can revitalize their businesses and provide to customers more valuable tourist product than their competitors. Given the specific nature of services, services marketing needs to be differently considered and developed. The text briefly considers the important and specific features of travel services as the key elements that enable a successful marketing mix for business enterprises in the tourism sector.
