Sažetak
The paper considers different research methods conducted over the past 20 years on the influence of air transportation on the blood sample quality. Case studies were conducted suggesting distribution environment as potentially unstable thus liable for considerable influence on the concrete transportation subject. Blood sample is considered as highly unstable entity for which a specific distribution technology is required. Diversified technology in research conduction emphasizes the lack of unified method under which air transportation environment can be evaluated. A comprehensive research which would consider all the phases of the air transportation process, from packing to distribution as well as referent number of samples for shipping is recommended in the paper.
