Sažetak
Passive film on AISI 304 and 316 stainless steels in a 0.5 M NaCl solution in a pH range from 6 to 10 were studied using potentiodynamic, photoelectrochemical and capacity measurements. The results ofthe mesurements indivcate that the passive films on both steels show the characteristics of an amorphous and disordered n-type semicondutor.
