Sažetak
The kinetics of copper sulfide formation on polycristalline copper could be interpreted in terms of two succsfull oxidation stages. Analysis of potentiostatic current-time transients demonstrated that the electrocrystallization occured through three dimensional nucleation and growth mechanism. Photoelectrochemical measurements clearly indicated p-type semiconducting properties of the anodically formed sulfide films.
