Sažetak
Baranja is the borderline area of the Republic of Croatia, situated between the Danube and the Drava river and the Hunagarian border in the north. It is inside of the gravitational zone of the town of Osijek. Owing to ist susceptible geostrategic postition, its ethnic composition is complex with the Croats having the relative majority.
