Sažetak
Reactive blue dye with structure similar to C.I.Reactive Blue 5 was produced by two step synthesis using two different production procedures. Reactive dye process was performed in aqueous media in order to avoid the costs and hazards of organic solvents usage. Different emulgator for the cyanuric chloride were investigaed. Process was monitored by TLC with densitometry. The cleaner production approach was used in the reactive dye process modification in order to reduce the amount of unreacted materials and undesired byproducts, increase the yield of desired intermediate and final product and consequently decrease the wasterwater pollution. On the basis of the experimental results the suitable emulgator was chosen and process with the improved eco efficiency was established.
