Sažetak
During the war and air alert in the city of Zagreb higher incidence of hospitalizations and deaths in patients with acute myocardial infarction was observed. It follows that the excessiv mental stress with hiperkatheholamineum was a significant cause of increased morbidity in patients with coronary artery disease.
