Sažetak
In paper is presented an establishment of the research computing infrastructure based on the application of the Cloud Computing technology, through it will be utilized and upgraded already existing HPC equipment at Rijeka University. After implementation of the proposed technology on the University level, this technology will be used for development of the R&D SaaS industrial module for application in SME systems. Development of the R&D SaaS industrial module will be based on the implementation of the Emergent synthesis (ES) methodology, with application of the artificial intelligence. As an additional goal of the proposed concept is introduction of the research computing infrastructure based on Cloud Computing technology to the researchers of the university and it application in scientific work. Also it is planed that part of the research outcomes to be commercialized in to the industry.
