Sažetak
In this paper is shown research of physical and chemical properties of sour cherry “Oblačinska”, grown in Croatia. It is determined how use of plant protection products affects physical and chemical properties of sour cherries. Analysed parameters were: water, soluble solids, pH value, total acidity, reducing sugars expressed as natural and total invert, fruit size, damaged fruits, weight of 100 pcs. of fruit and weight of 100 pcs.of seeds. There were differences in physical and chemical properties of sour cherry fruits in regard of using solutions for plant protection.
